30% off Hilton: Winter Hotel Promotions to Nab In 2017

With Christmas and New Year’s Day over and done with, the time has come once more to focus on our next adventures in 2017. For many of us, getting there is the easy part: set a date, book the tickets, and count down the days until our next great adventure. However, that is only half the challenge. The next steps involve accommodations for our trip – which isn’t always quite as easy.

Even though we may not have a hotel for our next adventures, it does not mean that it’s too late to start booking at a discount. Every quarter, many of our favorite hotel brands offer discounts on getting to our favorite destinations. The opening three months of 2017 are no exception either. By knowing where to find the best discounts, every traveler can save a little money or earn bonus points though being mindful of where and how they book.

For those who haven’t booked their next hotel, it’s not too late to book and save. Here is a short roundup of the major hotel sales going on in the first quarter.

Hilton Hotels

One of the largest hotel chains in the world, it is not very hard to find a Hilton Hotel anywhere in the world. With their latest promotion, frugal travelers can save up to 30 percent on their hotel bookings during the 2017 winter sale.

Frugal travelers who book their hotels through the website can save up to 30 percent on hotels in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the United Kingdom when booking online. In order to take advantage of the deal, travelers must book their travels before January 31, 2017, for travels before the end of the year.

Even though there are no hotels in the United States available in the sale, there are some good opportunities to save some cash for hotels around the world. Before booking anywhere else, Hilton HHonors members may want to look at this sale first.

Hyatt Hotels

Despite their transition to the “World of Hyatt” rewards program, many travelers are still very loyal to this international brand. Through “The Places You Can Explore” sale, travelers can save up to 25 percent off the price of over 160 participating hotels.

Once again, the sale is focused on international hotels, with the landing page focused around hotels across Europe, Asia and the Middle East. However, the terms of the sale are rather generous: travelers have until the end of February to book their hotel at least three days in advance, for stays until March 15, 2017.

For those who still find value in the World of Hyatt, this sale can add even more value at the end of the day. The sale can be accessed online, or by calling Hyatt and mentioning “The Places You Can Explore” sale.

Marriott/Starwood Hotels

Finally, for those travelers who are planning to stay domestic in their travels this winter, the combined hotel chain of Marriott and Starwood Hotels have you covered. Both hotels are offering double points promotions on traveler’s first three stays.

Both the Marriott Rewards MegaBonus and the Starwood Preferred Guest Double Take Rewards promotions offer travelers the opportunity to earn double their points on the first three stays at each hotel chain. In addition, those who register for the SPG Double Take promotion may also receive a bonus offer for staying three times during the promotional period.

For those collecting points in the combined program, these promotions can offer travelers an opportunity to get closer to their next trip.
