Update 2/8/22: a Reddit report indicates that the 80,000 + waived first year annual fee offer is now again available in Chase branches. YMMV, we need more data points on this to see how widely this is available. Very nice offer if you can get it, though still not as good as the 100k offer.
Update 2/13/22: More people have been targeted via mail. Obviously not as good as the 100k + no annual fee deal that was recently offered.
