For some time Barclays has not been charging the annual fee for business cards on time or at all. Barclays has now sent out letters to affected cardholders informing them of this issue and also stating that they will be charged for the annual fee in their next billing period.
Barclays annual fee refund rule is that you can cancel the card within 60 days of it posting to your account and get the full fee refunded.
