If you’ve followed this blog for any length of time, you probably know that my family usually flies in Economy and often stays at practical hotels (like Hyatt Place and Hyatt Regency properties). Last summer, for the first time ever, my family of five flew in business class seats to Europe. (This is how I booked them). It was a delightful, pampering experience. In fact, we are repeating those flights again on Air France this upcoming summer for our trip to Italy/Greece/Turkey.
