Many Accor Plus members in Asia must have been surprised about a survey they received about a possible new product (or perhaps the current one “enhanced”) with only a 20% F&B discount instead of the current 50%.
There has been recent pushback from Accor hotels in Asia-Pacific, like the Sofitel Fiji (read more here), to reduce or eliminate the discount at many or most of their restaurants (always read the fine print on this page).
