I recently entered my flight info: SQ, Business, JFK-FRA, and it listed the Virgin Clubhouse as one of the lounges I had access to.

That did not turn out to be the case, as a ‘spirited’ debate ensued with the haughty front desk lounge rep, when I showed up expecting to get in. This could have been avoided, if I didn’t have such unshakable faith in an unreliable tool. Granted, this is the first time I’ve had this issue.
