Singapore Airlines Must Pay S$3300 Compensation To Indian Police Official For Broken Seats

A court in India has decided in favor of the plaintiff, a local Police Director General, who sued Singapore Airlines for damages to receive compensation for two broken seats he encountered while flying SIA from Hyderabad to Singapore.

The incident happened one year ago, and Singapore Airlines was apparently unwilling to compensate the passengers to a satisfactory degree, following which they filed a lawsuit in India.
