The weather was improving! No more rain.
In the end, I decided against a day trip to the Albanian Riviera as it was too much stress and too hectic with too many variables for the benefits. Instead, I went to Kassiopi, which offered amazing views of Albania.
Kassiopi, population 1147, has a castle in ruins and those beautiful views…but not much else.
