IHG One Rewards underwent a program refresh in 2022, including a renamed Diamond tier, previously Spire Elite, and new Milestone Rewards every 10 nights, from 20 to 100.
We have covered a few issues with Food and Beverage and Confirmable Suite Upgrade certificates in detail, and I called IHG last week to extend 20 expiring F&B certs (read more here) that the agent did.
