Can you remember when you got a clear and coherent reply to an email sent to the Hilton Diamond desk, usually within minutes or about an hour?

Those times are long gone now that Hilton appears to have offshored this function. It takes several rounds of emails to find someone who can understand and act on an issue, and not just in a readerโ€™s case we recently covered (read more here).
