Hyatt IT “Upgrade” Gone Wrong – Stays Not Posting

If you recently stayed at any of Hyatt’s 1,300 affiliated properties and your stay has not been correctly posted, as has been the case with three of my stays, you may be in for a battle with Hyatt.

Hyatt IT went through an “update” last week that was not correctly tested (anyone surprised?), which has led to the stays not posting or posting incorrectly, and the World of Hyatt customer service department is of no help (nothing unusual here).
