Hyatt and Lufthansa had a promotion last year (read more here and here) where Miles&More members would earn 1,000 miles for each stay in addition to the usual hotel points for stays in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
The promotion ran from September 15 to October 31, 2024, and Hyatt promised that the miles would be credited 6 to 8 weeks after the check-out, but apparently, no one has received these miles.
