This must be the most ridiculous and unbelievable SPAM/SCAM email ever.
An email pretending to come from TAP and offering to refund taxes, but only if you act promptly!
Of course, pretty much everything in this email is incorrect. The scammers seem unaware that the Air Passenger Rights legislation is known as EC 261/2004.
