Finnair is negotiating with its Pilot Union about a new collective agreement. Pilots’ refusal to work overtime and standby dutt continues to result in last minute flight cancellations.
Finnair has been canceling 5 to 15 flights daily, including some long-haul rotations, and this is expected to continue until a new agreement is reached.
